Refund Policy/Terms & Conditions

  1. All sales are final. No Refunds. No Cancellations. No Returns.
  2. Customer has 48 hours to report any manufacture defect or missing parts.
  3. Cazya Furniture Smartstore reserves the right to cancel an order when we determine that we will not be able to fulfill your order. Upon such cancellation we will notify the customer and refund the full amount that has already been paid. 
  4. Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not considered imperfections. For leather products all colors are bound to have variations in every production line. Color presentations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. To optimized website performance, product pictures have been scaled down in detail to help make web pages load faster. As a direct result, in some cases fine detail in the pictures of furniture may have been sacrificed for the websites performance. It is the customer’s responsibility to request additional high-resolution pictures so that they may see exactly what they are getting before purchasing. Customer also agrees that they may not dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of the product. 
  5. Please allow the lead time for delivery depending on the product type, color, model, manufacturer, and other factors. Please note: THE SHIPPING TIMES WE PROVIDE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. When it comes to order times, we are depending on the factory and delivery carriers to provide us with the estimated ship date. Please understand we are doing our best.
  6. Delays in production and shipping may occur. If delays occur, don’t panic. We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high ticket items and large items, that come from all over the world. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, due to production delays, or other factors not in our control. We will make all efforts to provide accurate lead times and notify all our customers promptly. Please note we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacture. Under no circumstances will Cazya Furniture Smartstore LLC will be responsible for any consequential damages resulting in shipping delays. Due to increased security by governments, custom delay may occur, which is beyond our control. 
  7. Because it is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit in desired rooms, as we all through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways, we cannot provide a refund, exchange or cancellations for these items. 
  8. Clients may have the option of picking up items in our warehouse, however the client is responsible to bring the necessary transportation, equipment and manpower to safely take their items. Cazya Furniture Smartstore LLC is not responsible if damages occur in the process of loading your items into your vehicle. Our associates are prohibited of touching your furniture/mattress once the clients arrive for pick up.
  9. A STORAGE FEE OF 2% OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE SHALL BE APPLIED FOR ANY ORDER HELD OVER 24 HOURS FROM THE DAY OF CUSTOMER PICK UP. ANY ORDER HELD OVER 12 MONTHS WILL BE CANCELLED & ALL MONIES HELD FOR SAID ORDER SHALL BE FORFEITED TO CAZYA FURNITURE SMARTSTORE LLC, UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AND ACCEPTED BY CAZYA FURNITURE SMARTSTORE LLC, IN WRITING.
  10. If a delivery date and time is schedule it is the customers responsibility to be home. If by any chance our delivery team gets to your home and the client is not present, we will take the items back to schedule a second attempt, however there will be a $95 fee.
